AES sport specific, personal training and body transformation programs are available in the Houston, Northwest Houston, West Houston, Copperfield, Cy-Fair, Cypress, and Katy areas. 1-on-1 Personal Training1-on-1 Personal Training: You will receive one-on-one personal training sessions with James Mashburn, a degreed Exercise Scientist, Conditioning Coach, and Certified Personal Trainer or with one of James' qualified personal trainers. All personal training sessions are conducted at Advanced Exercise Sciences' private studio in a safe, friendly, and private atmosphere. By paying attention to all five components of AES PES 365™; Nutrition, Resistance Training, Cardio Training, Supplementation, and Rest I will help you set your goals and then achieve them. I have several personal training packages for you to choose from. I also have the best and most flexible payment plans in the industry so that cost is not an obstacle to you reaching your desired goals. 1 Session a la carte This package is for former clients ONLY or for current clients enrolled in group training classes. This is intended for working on technique, form, and neuro-muscular training.
12 Session Package This package is for those that are not sure if they are committed enough to follow through with completely changing their lives for the better.
24 Session Package Each personal training session lasts 40-50 minutes (depending on your fitness level) where you will receive personal hands on instruction and motivation.
36 Session Package This package is for those that are ready to leave their old body behind and discover a whole new world of health and fitness. Each personal training session lasts 40-50 minutes (depending on your fitness level) where you will receive personal hands on instruction and motivation. |
