can vary significantly even between two people of the
same weight, height and gender. Having your metabolism
measured and incorporating it into one of our programs
allows us to personalize your program based on your
body’s unique needs and your individual goals.
Metabolism is key to weight loss: Testing your
metabolic rate will determine exactly how many calories
you need to consume and how much exercise you need to
perform to lose fat weight or gain lean muscle tissue.
Retesting will reveal if your metabolism has been
affected by dieting and exercise. The only way to really
